Energy Ministry says discounts for Russian oil decline
MOSCOW, Apr 25 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Energy Ministry has noted that the discounts for Russian oil against the global benchmarks are shrinking, Director of the Ministry’s Oil and Gas Complex Department Anton Rubtsov told journalists on Tuesday at a forum.
“The dynamics is positive, we manage to work with the buyers and the market reacts. Now the discounts to the benchmarks are decreasing,” he said.
He also said that the quality of the external price indicators for Russian oil “is questionable”, and now Russia’s own indicators are under discussion.
